The light applies to car parks and community places. Official stopovers, campsites and farms are always allowed – staying overnight is what they are for.
In Czechia, sleeping in a lawfully parked vehicle is not prohibited, the line is drawn at camping (táboření). In forests, driving, standing and camping outside designated places are banned (fines up to CZK 10,000), and in national parks and protected landscape areas so is remaining with vehicles off the roads (Zákon 114/1992 Sb. § 16 and § 26).
