Sleeping in a motorhome – Schleswig-Holstein: what applies? Forbidden
Staying overnight here is not permitted – find another spot for the night.
Official stopovers, campsites and farms that take motorhomes are open to you. For car parks and community spots, this rule applies.
Motorhomes may only be set up and used on sites licensed for that purpose (§ 37 para. 1 LNatSchG). Sleeping on a public car park is an offence unless it serves, en route, to restore fitness to drive (OLG Schleswig, 15 June 2020, 1 Ss-OWi 183/19).
