In Lithuania there is no explicit ban outside forests and protected areas, so if you park lawfully you may sleep in the vehicle. In forests, resting is only allowed at equipped recreation sites, you may drive in only on forest roads and park only in designated parking areas or at the road edge (Lankymosi miške taisyklės items 6, 11 and 12).
