The light applies to car parks and community places. Official stopovers, campsites and farms are always allowed – staying overnight is what they are for.
In Montenegro camping is banned outside land designated for camping in the spatial planning documents. Both the provision of camping services and camping itself are prohibited, and the fine for natural persons is 200 to 2,000 euros (Zakon o turizmu i ugostiteljstvu Art. 105(2) and Art. 130).
