The light applies to car parks and community places. Official stopovers, campsites and farms are always allowed – staying overnight is what they are for.
In Serbia no nationwide camping ban could be found, so ordinary parking and stopping rules apply. Neither the Hospitality Act nor the Public Order Act contains an offence of 'camping outside campsites' (Zakon o ugostiteljstvu, Sl. glasnik RS 17/2019), but national park authorities and municipalities may impose their own restrictions.
