Can I sleep in my motorhome? National rule Slovenia Tolerated
The light applies to car parks and community places. Official stopovers, campsites and farms are always allowed – staying overnight is what they are for.
Sleeping in a properly parked vehicle is not expressly forbidden, but 'camping' in a public place not designated for it is. That costs about 83 euros (ZJRM-1 Art. 18), and in Triglav National Park even parking a vehicle used for dwelling outside designated places is banned and costs an individual 100 to 1,000 euros (ZTNP-1 Art. 13).

Sleeping on the road – Slovenia: how to find your spot
Place me knows 208 spots for the night in this country: 14 of them free, 97 with electricity, 64 with a dump station; most around Bovec, Kobarid, Soča, Radovljica. Official stopovers and campsites are allowed; for car parks and community spots the light shows the national or regional rule. Every spot shows whether your vehicle fits, how cold the night gets and when someone last confirmed it.
Places come from OpenStreetMap and from campers; check prices, opening hours and signs on site. The light is guidance, not legal advice.
